you can subscribe to
PHOTOBUCKET.
It is really easy to use. You only need to register with an e-mail adress, then a logiciel let you choose a folder in your computer, and it is save on internet. Then, you can copy the link of the picture.
For post your pic' on the forum, use this code in your message

This forum let you host pictures too, but for light and small pic'
Look at the buttons when you are writting your message and choose "hosting pic" or "heberger une image".
